Do you offer delivery in Cairo and Giza?
Yes. We deliver across Cairo and Giza. Orders are processed within the same business day and dispatched within one hour of processing. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Yes. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date to ensure your gift arrives when intended.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier conditions. While orders are dispatched within one hour of processing, final delivery timing depends on the courier.
How is my order packaged?
All Panache chocolates and gifts are presented in premium, gift-ready packaging. From refined boxes to elegant glass arrangements, presentation is an integral part of the Panache experience.

Can I customize a chocolate gift?
Many of our gift boxes and arrangements can be personalized. For custom orders, corporate gifting, or special requests, please contact our team.
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?

Storage & Freshness
How should I store my chocolates?
Store Panache chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ice cream jars and cake jars should be refrigerated.
How long do your products stay fresh?
Freshness varies by product. Wrapped chocolates and dragées have a longer shelf life, while ice cream jars and cake jars are best enjoyed within the timeframe indicated on their packaging.

Where are your stores located?
We have multiple locations across Cairo and Giza. Please visit our Branches page for addresses and opening hours.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Yes. Select local pickup at checkout and choose your preferred location. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash on delivery (COD). Online payment options will be available soon.
What is your return policy?
Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on perishable food items after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, melted, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled only before preparation or packing has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 3–10 business days.
What about non-food gift items?
Non-food gift items, such as glass containers or trays, may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective.
