Our Story
At Panache, we believe chocolate should be more than a treat, it should be a moment remembered.
When Panache was established in 2002, the founders' original ambition was to open a restaurant, a place where people could gather around thoughtfully crafted food and warm hospitality. They applied for a restaurant license, ready to bring that vision to life. Instead, they were granted a chocolate factory license. What could have been a limitation became the beginning of something distinctive. Rather than stepping away from their vision, they refined it.
Panache was shaped by a rare convergence of cultures and expertise. Built on fine Belgian chocolate, elevated by Swiss precision, inspired by French refinement, and guided by generations of Lebanese artisanal craftsmanship, the brand found its home and identity in Egypt — where hospitality, generosity, and meaningful gifting are deeply rooted traditions. This multicultural foundation defines our approach to chocolate today.
Every creation is crafted with intention, balancing flavor, texture, and presentation to feel personal rather than performative. Luxury, for us, is quiet confidence: attention to detail, thoughtful curation, and chocolates made to be shared, remembered, and felt.
From elegant gift arrangements to signature chocolates and seasonal creations, Panache accompanies life's meaningful moments, celebrations, milestones, and gestures that deserve care. As we continue to grow across Egypt and beyond, our philosophy remains unchanged: to create chocolates and sweets that reflect craftsmanship, cultural richness, and warmth — beautifully made, thoughtfully given, and always rooted in purpose.
